I intend to remove the following companies from the Register under section 293(1)(c)(i) of the Companies Act 1955 (in its post-1 July 1994 form).
They are being wound up and I have reasonable cause to believe that no liquidator is acting.

PETRON PROPERTIES LIMITED (in receivership and
in liquidation).
Any person who wishes to object must do so on or before
30 April 2009, being not less than 28 days after the date
of this notice.
