This document notifies you that:
1. On 27 July 2009, an application for putting WENSLEY DEVELOPMENTS THE SHORE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on 23 September 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiffs are Dennis Lindsay Burkhart, Barbara Anne Burkhart and Bernard Geoffrey Rowe, whose address for service is at the offices of Gascoigne Wicks, Solicitors, 79 High Street, Blenheim 7201. Documents may be:
