This document notifies you that:
1. On 4 August 2009, an application for putting GISBORNE SUNRISE APARTMENT TRUSTEES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 9 September 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Total Creations Trustee Limited (formerly HMY Property Limited), whose address for service is care of Graeme Skeates Law, Barristers and Solicitors, 7 Maidstone Street, Ponsonby, Auckland.
