This document notifies you that:
1. On 29 July 2009, an application for putting VICEROY HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 9 September 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Mitre Sports International Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level 18, PricewaterhouseCoopers Building, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010 (Attention: Natalya King). Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 1433, Auckland 1140; or
