This document notifies you that:
1. On 17 July 2009, an application for putting
KING ROADING & EXCAVATIONS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 2 September 2009 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
