This document notifies you that:
1. On 12 June 2009, an application for putting TITAN1 FINANCE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North. The application is to
be heard by the High Court at Palmerston North on Thursday, 20 August 2009 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiffs are Bruce James Gillespie, Prudence Juliet Gillespie, Christopher James Gillespie, Nicholas James Gillespie and Jonathan Paul Gillespie, as trustees of the Gillespie Family Trust, whose address for service is care of Cooper Rapley, Solicitors, 240 Broadway Avenue (PO Box 1945), Palmerston North.
