Take notice that on 21 November 2008, an application for the winding up of PAYLESS TIMBER LIMITED by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 13 February 2009 at 12.15pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Timber Plus Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Ellice Tanner, Level 4,
NZI Building, Garden Place (PO Box 19144 or DX GP 20049), Hamilton.
