Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 22 September 2009 at 5.00pm, the trustees of the
above-named trust passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.
The liquidator fixes 6 November 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
