Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 26 May 2009, the shareholders of RANKLEBURN FARMS LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to voluntarily appoint Paul Bradley Wilson, chartered accountant of Taupo, as liquidator of the company.
Prior to this, the directors resolved that the company is able to pay its debts.
The liquidation commenced on 26 May 2009 at 1.00pm.
