K2 Select International Absolute Return Fund (2077610) – registered on Overseas Register instead of as overseas issuer under the Securities Act (Australian Registered Managed Investment Scheme) Exemption Notice 2003 – 21 December 2007.
Keith Spence Limited (in liquidation) (88003) – notice of appointment of liquidator should have been request to remove company under section 318(1)(d) – 17 October 2008.
Leader Contracting Limited (in liquidation) (1477595) – resolution appointing liquidators passed on 21 October 2008, not 12 October 2008 – 22 October 2008.
Optima Video Limited (in liquidation) (114921) – notice of appointment of liquidator should have been request to remove company under section 318(1)(d) – 17 October 2008.
Rumsey Farms Limited (1579370) – issue of 819,000 shares did not take place – 29 November 2006.
Timaru District Holdings Limited (881487) – notice of issue of shares did not take into account the redemption of
100 shares for a total of 19,550,200 not 19,550,300 shares – 20 October 2006.
Timfin Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) (638017) – receivers’ first report attached incorrect appendices
– 12 September 2008 (application by receivers).
