Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952

The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of rights of way easements. The applicants claim the rights of way easements are redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the rights of way easements on 7 November 2008 if no objections have been received before that date.

1. Right of way over part Lot 2 DP 20654; marked “B” on DP 20693 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 64067 created by transfer 712963.6, registered on 4 October 1988.
2. Right of way over part Lot 3; marked “F” and part Lot 4; marked “E” on DP 20526 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 226421 specified in easement certificate 702348.2, registered on 16 May 1988.
3. Right of way over part Lot 1; marked “A” on DP 20526 comprised in Computer Freehold Register OT12A/1183 specified in easement certificate 702348.2, registered on 16 May 1988.
4. Right of way over part Lot 1 DP 20526; marked “G” on DP 20693 comprised in Computer Freehold Register OT12A/1183 created by transfer 712936.7, registered on 4 October 1988.
5. Right of way over part Lot 3; marked “E” on DP 20693 comprised in Computer Freehold Register OT12B/527 specified in easement certificate 712936.9, registered on 4 October 1988.
6. Right of way over part Lot 6; marked “C”, “D” and “F” on DP 20693 comprised in Computer Freehold Register OT12B/529 specified in easement certificate 712936.9, registered on 4 October 1988.
Circumstances: The dominant land comprised in Computer Freehold Registers OT15B/345, 327844 and 327852 have become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
