The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of access by existing Maori tracks. The applicant claims the right of access by existing Maori tracks is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the right of access by existing Maori tracks on 16 May 2008 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: Walter John Tribble and Diane Heather Tribble, of Oruawharo Road, Wellsford.
Easement: Right of access on existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads have been laid off and affecting the land contained in Computer Freehold Register NA15C/1459.
Circumstances: The Kaipara District Council has confirmed that properly defined legal roads have been laid off which have rendered the existing Maori tracks rights redundant.
