Circumstances: The applicant, the owner of land adjoining the bank of Heathcote River in the City of Christchurch, has applied to me to bring part of dry bed of the Heathcote River under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in the applicant’s name.
