Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of August 2008, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 September 2008, No. 136, page 3630, by deleting paragraphs (e), (i) and (j) in the recital and the corresponding Fifth, Ninth and Tenth Schedules and replacing paragraphs (i) and (j) and the Ninth and Tenth Schedules as set out below:
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(i) Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works
Act 1981, declares the severance described in the Ninth Schedule to this notice to be taken and vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
(j) Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works
Act 1981, declares the severance described in the Tenth Schedule to this notice to be taken and vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
