Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on
28 August 2008 declaring the parcel of land described in the First Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to
the Reserves Act 1977, and fencing and land covenant in transfer 6719441.1; the parcels of land described in the Second Schedule hereto as a local purpose (lookout) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950 (affects part formerly certificate of title NA1835/22), and fencing and land covenant in transfer 6295637.1; and the parcel of land described in the Third Schedule hereto as a local purpose (walkway) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
