with the land in Computer Freehold Register WND1/787 (Wellington Registry) and subject to mortgage B024491.2 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated
with the land in Computer Freehold Register WND1/788 (Wellington Registry) and subject to mortgage B024491.2.
(c) Declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated
with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN22D/7 (Wellington Registry) and subject to mortgage B024491.2.
