Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, that area of general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set aside as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
a burial reserve to be known as Puke Tapu for the common use and benefit of the descendants of John Masters and Fay Masters (née Reid) and their spouses as well as others with the consent of the trustees may in aroha extend the privilege of being buried there and including descendants of the Reid, Berghan and Windleborne families.
