Pursuant to section 78M of the Education Act 1989, I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
21 December 2006, No. 174, page 5087.
The notice is amended by reducing the functions, powers and duties of the board vested in a limited statutory manager to be:
? All functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise).
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
