Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed
Ronald James Paterson
as the Health and Disability Commissioner for a five-year term of office commencing on 5 March 2008 and expiring on 4 March 2013.
This reappointment was made by way of written notice to the Health and Disability Commissioner, pursuant to section 28(2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
