In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act
2007, and in the matter of a deed of loan and
security agreement dated the 9th day of March 2007 (“the security agreement”):
Whereas in the security agreement the debtor has granted to Avanti Finance Limited (“the secured party”) a security interest over certain collateral goods.
The secured party gives notice that on 23 July 2008 the secured party entered into possession of some of the goods namely:
1990 Isuzu V275 CXZ70 truck, Chassis No. CXZ70J-3000049. Registration No. DAE448.
The address for the secured party in relation to these goods is Level 2, Building B, Avanti Finance Centre, 65 Main Highway, Ellerslie, Auckland.
