Notice is hereby given that Bank of New Zealand, as mortgagee under mortgage 7072265.3 ("the mortgagee") over the lessee's interest under lease D494862.1 in
the property located at 99 Remuera Road, Remuera, Auckland (described in Computer Freehold Register 63469) (North Auckland Land Registry) ("the property"), entered into possession of the property on 10 September 2008.
