Notice is hereby given that on 4 September 2008, Mascot Finance Limited (“mortgagee”) entered into possession
of the properties following the failure of the mortgagor, Wanaka Property Investments Limited, to remedy a default notice served on 3 April 2008.
The registered office of the mortgagee is 339 Stafford Street, Timaru.
