Notice is hereby given that ASL Mortgages Limited, as mortgagee under mortgage 6677128.1 ("the mortgagee") over the property located at Unit 7A, 27 George Street, Parnell, Auckland (comprised in Computer Unit Title Register NA97D/604) (North Auckland Land Registry) ("the unit") entered into possession of the unit on 25 August 2008 in accordance with section 137(1)(c) of the Property Law Act 2007.
This notice is given by the solicitors for the mortgagee, whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, 7th/8th Floors, KPMG Centre,
85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
All communications relating to the properties should be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, Private Bag 3077, Hamilton; or
