Notice is hereby given that PMIT Nominees Limited, as mortgagee under mortgage 7308770.3 ("the mortgagee") over the property located at 2/96 Mellons Bay Road, Howick, Auckland, contained and described in Computer Freehold Register NA122C/395 (North Auckland District) ("the property"), pursuant to an order of the Court, entered into physical possession of the property on 15 February 2008.
This notice is given by the solicitors for the mortgagee, whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, 7th/8th Floors, KPMG Centre,
85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
All communications relating to the properties should be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, Private Bag 3077, Hamilton; or
