Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the
New Zealand Register

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of the above-named companies will seek removal from the New Zealand Register.
The removals are sought under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, which is concerned with the completion of the liquidation process.
In terms of section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, objections to the removals must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies by 5 November 2008.
