Notice of Intention of Remove Company From the Register
I, Wesley Garratt, liquidator of the above-named company, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidation, under section 257(1)(a) of
the Act, it is intended to remove this company from the
New Zealand Register.
Any objections to this removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of the Companies Office no later than 19 June 2008.
