Take notice that on 23 October 2008, an application for putting Eastside Trustee Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 19 December 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Allied Nationwide Finance Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level 3, Gibson Sheat Centre, 1 Margaret Street, Lower Hutt.
Documents may be:
