Take notice that on 15 September 2008, an application for putting Ricochet Hair Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on 10 November 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Rodney Wayne New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Grove Darlow & Partners, Solicitors, Level 10, WHK Gosling Chapman Tower, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
