Take notice that on 8 July 2008, an application for putting Pauanui Properties Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 31 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Shotover Design Limited (trading as Clark Fortune McDonald and Associates), whose address for service is at the offices of AWS Legal, Solicitors, 151 Spey Street, Invercargill.
Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at AWS Legal, PO Box 1207, Invercargill 9840; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to AWS Legal on (03) 214 4122.
