Take notice that on 23 July 2008, an application for
putting Capital + Merchant Group Limited (“the defendant company”) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 5 December 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Capital+Merchant Business Investments Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of
its solicitors, Russell McVeagh, Level 30, Vero Centre,
48 Shortland Street, Auckland (Attention: Sally Fitzgerald).
