Take notice that on 31 January 2008, an application for putting Te Uki Tamariki Ou Cook Island Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, 27 March 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
