Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On 3 March 2008, we Edward Christian Jansen and Benjamin Sinclair Blackler, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed under powers conferred by a registered debenture dated 7 March 1995 to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
