Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes and Richard Grant Simpson, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton, were appointed liquidators of Relson Limited by the High Court at Wellington.
The liquidation commenced on 1 December 2008 at 10.26am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix
16 January 2009 at 5.00pm, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
