The Companies Act 1993
For the purpose of restructuring, the above-named solvent companies were placed into voluntary liquidation by special resolutions of shareholders dated the 6th day of November 2008 at 6.00pm, on the basis that the reasons for their incorporation have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 4 December 2008, as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
