Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Philmar Flats Limited be liquidated and that Torquil Anthony Quentin Featherston Johnston, solicitor of Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 October 2008 at 9.00am.

Note: The company is solvent. The purpose of the liquidator is to distribute two flats owned by the company to the licensees who occupy, as equal shareholders, and are entitled to have ownership of their respective flats transferred to them absolutely.
