Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 5 September 2008, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund and Michael John Keyse, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix
12 October 2008, to be the date by which creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
