Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 July 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Western Bay
of Plenty Tennis Association Incorporated be voluntarily liquidated and that Athol John Herbert, company director, of Papamoa, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 July 2008.
