Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Whitney Park Limited (in liquidation) was restored to the Register by order of the High Court at Auckland on 7 July 2008.
On 11 July 2008, the prior liquidator resigned and appointed in his place Henry David Levin, insolvency specialist, and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountant.
The liquidators have fixed 21 August 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
