Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy
were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders entered into the company’s minute book, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and time below:

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 8 August 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
