Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 16 April 2008 at 10.00am and 10.15am respectively, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Paul Andrew de Lacey, of de Lacey & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Having regard to the likely result of the liquidations, the liquidator proposes that no meetings of creditors be held.
No such meetings will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned does hereby fix 30 May 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Enquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of either company to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
