Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that by shareholders’ resolution dated the 11th day of March 2008 at 10.30am to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Ronald Graeme Sands as the liquidator for that purpose.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the directors.
The liquidator fixes 19 April 2008, as the last day by which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have on the company.
