Notice is hereby given that on 4 February 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the
non-trading company Merope Farm Limited be liquidated and that David James Mathieson, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 4 February 2008 at 3.00pm and is part of a family restructuring.
