Estancia Limited (in liquidation) (933043) – N. Bain incorrectly notified as co-liquidator from 15 May 2003 to 16 July 2003 (application by liquidator).
Formway Furniture Limited (009802) – 930,943, not 930,493, was the share total after the acquisition of 569,057 shares – 25 January 2007.
Hinrows Farm Limited (1586105) – shareholder on incorporation should have been AJ & JA Rowlands Limited, not
the shareholders of that company – 8 December 2004.
Mobile Junction Limited (1725520) – M. Friis and L. Whale ceased as directors on 18 October 2006. D. Baroutsos
was incorrectly recorded as ceasing as director – 24 October 2006.
New Market Developments Limited (in liquidation) (581824) – company removed in error while objection was current
– 31 January 2007 (Registrar’s notice).
New Zealand Venture Investment Fund Limited (1210216) – notice of issue of 2,853,167 shares filed twice
– 23 January 2007.
NZ Poultry Holdings Limited (1738230) – issue of 135,975 shares took place on 11 December 2006 not 21 November 2006 as notified – 24 January 2007.
