to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice realigning a road dated the 20th day of August 2007 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 August 2007, No. 96, page 2568, by deleting the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules and replacing them with the following Schedules.
