Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is to be set apart as a site for teacher housing and to remain vested in Her Majesty
The Queen on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 28, further declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is subject to the creation of an easement in favour of and to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule to this notice for the purposes of right of way, right to drain sewage and water, and right to convey electric power, telecommunications, computer media and water, on terms and conditions as set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
