Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of November 2006, declaring road to be stopped and amalgamated at Breaker Bay Road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 November 2006, No. 147, page 4267, in the Schedule by deleting the area of
“1.9640 ha”
and replacing it with
“1964 m2”; and
in the recital deleting the word
“Scenic”
from
“Rangitatau Historic Scenic Reserve”.
