In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 15 February 2007:
(a) “That pursuant to Section 16 of the Act the Council declares the reserve described in the First Schedule be classified scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and further declares pursuant to section 16(10), that the reserves are named as shown bracketed”.
(b) “That pursuant to Section 14 of the Act, the land described in the Second Schedule is declared scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and further declares pursuant to Section 16(10), that the reserves are named as shown bracketed”.
(c) “That pursuant to Section 16(10) of the Act, the reserves described in the Third Schedule are named as shown bracketed”.
