Pursuant to section 153(1)(b)(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby declare that Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Puau
Te Moananui-a-Kiwa will become a Year 1-10 restricted composite school on 8 October 2007 and cease to be a full primary school on that day.
