Pursuant to section 288(1)(d) and (12) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, the Chief Executive hereby amends the Customs (Import Entry) Rules 1997.

1. Title—(1) These rules are the Customs (Import Entry) Amendment Rules 2007.
(2) In these rules, the Customs (Import Entry) Rules 1997* are called “the principal rules”.
(*CR 1D/1997, as amended by CR 1D/2004)
2. Commencement—These rules shall come into force on 1 June 2007.
3. Amendment—Form C4G in Schedule 1 of the principal rules is hereby revoked and substituted with the form set out in
the Schedule to these rules.
4. Rules to continue in force—Except to the extent amended by these rules, the principal rules shall remain in force.
5. Status of Rules—These rules are regulations for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
