Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date for issuing voting papers and the date for closing the poll for the election of six parent representatives for the Gate Pa School Board of Trustees.
All actions subsequent to the closing of the poll shall proceed in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000.
Voting papers must now be posted or personally delivered to every person whose name appears on the electoral roll by
16 April 2007 and voting for the election shall now close on 2 May 2007 (the “election day”).
This notice takes effect the on day of notification.
